Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Westlake Village, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $28 - $40/hour (Depending on experience)

We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Westlake Village, CA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying top talent, building strong relationships, and driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across various departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process for corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define hiring needs, and develop customized recruiting strategies
• Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting dashboards
• Assist in employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Participate in onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements in recruiting

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and meet hiring deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

• Hourly pay range: $28 - $40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
